    1 comprehensive exam

Coverage applies separately to your first attempt at each section, level, or part. For a qualification with one comprehensive exam, it applies to your first attempt at that full exam. Your preparation must cover the corresponding topics and full mock exams; study activity for a different exam does not satisfy these requirements.

What to complete before exam day

Complete all three requirements before the official exam attempt covered by your claim:

  1. Maintain a paid subscription for at least three consecutive months

Your Monthly or Quarterly subscription must also be active on exam day. Free-plan and trial periods do not count toward the three-month paid minimum.

  2. Master at least 80% of the relevant topics

Master 80% or more of the topics for your exam. A topic meets this requirement when you answer at least 40 questions across easy, medium, and hard difficulty with at least 80% overall accuracy before exam day.

  3. Pass at least three full mock exams

Complete at least three full mock exams for your exam, with a passing score on each before exam day. A short practice set does not count as a full mock exam.

The guarantee covers your first official attempt at your exam. Retakes of that same exam are not eligible for another claim.

How to claim your free extension

If you meet the requirements and your official result shows that you did not pass, email your claim to support@miloprep.com within 30 days of the official result release date. This window starts when your result is officially released, not on the day you took the exam.

Include the following so we can review the right exam attempt:

  • Your account email and the exam name, including the section, level, or part where applicable.
  • Your official score report or official result notice showing that you did not pass.
  • The exam date and official result release date. If the report does not show both, include the corresponding official confirmation.

The name of the person paying for the subscription must match the name on the official score report or result notice. The exam date must fall within your active paid subscription, after you have completed the subscription and study requirements.

Each successful claim provides a three-month subscription extension at no charge. You can receive one extension per section, level, part, or full exam, up to three free months in total for each.

When an attempt is not eligible

  • You had fewer than three consecutive months of paid subscription before the exam, or your paid subscription was not active on exam day.
  • You had not completed the topic-mastery and mock-exam requirements for that attempt before exam day.
  • The attempt was a retake, or you have already received an extension for that exam.
  • Your claim was submitted more than 30 days after the official result release date.
  • The payer name and the name on the official score report or result notice do not match.

This guarantee provides additional study time. It does not guarantee an exam result, award a qualification, or cover exam registration and resit fees.

Check your preparation or ask about a claim

If you are unsure how a requirement applies to your exam, contact us with the exam name and the section, level, or part you plan to take. We can help you identify the relevant study requirements before you sit, or explain what to include with a claim after results.

Email about the Pass Guarantee, or compare our plans to see the study access included with each subscription.
