Is there a free plan?+
Yes. The Free plan stays free forever, with 100 questions in total, with daily limits and basic progress tracking. There is no subscription charge and no payment card required. A 5-day Premium trial is included as an additional benefit.
What are the practice limits?+
After the 5-day Premium trial, Free includes 5 MCQs and 1 practice session per day for each exam or part allowance. CPA sections share one allowance. The account is capped at 10 questions per day and 100 questions in total across all exams. CFA Levels II and III allow 2 item sets per day, up to 25 per level, within the same account limits; written cases require Premium. Paid practice includes up to 2,000 questions every 7 days, shared across all exam libraries.
What is the difference between Monthly and Quarterly?+
Monthly and Quarterly include identical premium access. Limited-time offer: Monthly is $39 / month. Quarterly works out to $26/month, with $79 billed every 3 months.
Does one paid plan cover every exam?+
No. Each paid plan covers one exam. Studying another exam is a separate plan at the same price. You keep one account for every exam, and Free practice works across all of them. Plans started before October 26, 2026 keep covering every exam until they are cancelled.
Does my Free account expire?+
No. Your account stays free forever with 100 questions in total, with daily limits and basic progress tracking. Free material access varies by exam; mock exams and weakness analysis require Premium after the included trial ends.
When can I subscribe?+
You can sign up now. Create your MiloPrep account, then choose Free, Monthly, or Quarterly in the app. Paid checkout and subscription management happen in the app.
Can my employer pay for MiloPrep?+
Not yet. Email support@miloprep.com with "Employer enquiry" in the subject and tell us how many seats you need. Firm billing details will be confirmed before commercial accounts open.
How do cancellation and refunds work?+
Monthly and Quarterly subscribers can cancel renewal and keep access through the period already purchased. Refund handling is covered in the Terms of Use. Manage your subscription in the app.
