When Wiley / UWorld deserves a closer look
Evaluate current UWorld when searching legacy Wiley reviews. Elite-Unlimited and Premier have different access and supplemental resources; QBank is a narrower purchase. A historical Wiley review cannot establish your present entitlement.

Two $199 purchases total $398, which is $99 more than $299.
This assumes both purchases are available on those terms and ignores taxes or promotions. It compares QBank duration only, not full-course features or an existing customer’s migration rights.
Use the same task to compare explanations
Choose a topic you find difficult, such as flexible-budget variances or relevant costs. Try a sample from the provider and the available MiloPrep questions. Then solve a changed-input problem without looking at either explanation.

If you already paid for Wiley, establish your entitlement first
Start with your original purchase record, account email and the access terms attached to that purchase. Then check the current account and ask UWorld support to resolve any difference. Separate three questions: whether you can enter the account, whether the expected materials are present and whether the material covers your intended exam format. Regaining a login does not by itself answer the other two. Keep the response tied to the specific part and purchase rather than a general assurance that “Wiley is now UWorld.”

Choose between a course and a question-bank supplement
A candidate who needs first-time instruction should inspect the complete teaching sequence and reference materials. A candidate who already understands the content may be shopping for additional practice. The part-specific QBank is a narrower option; comparing its price with a complete course without explaining that difference is misleading.
For a QBank purchase, count backward from the intended exam date and include your review period. An access term that expires before the rehearsal or a changed appointment can create a second purchase. The 90-day versus 180-day example shows the cash implication under stated prices, not a recommendation that every candidate needs six months.
For a full course, compare Premier and Elite-Unlimited using access, printed resources and final-review needs. Confirm the current checkout price and conditions. For either route, try a representative explanation and check current scenario practice before treating a legacy Wiley recommendation as a reason to buy.
